Churney’s onboarding takes 10 days, with a standard experiment length of 55 days. This guide details when data science, data engineering, and UA staff from both your team and ours are needed to ensure a successful experiment. Experiment duration is flexible and can extend up to 4 months, depending on your business needs and cohort maturity requirements.

Your marketing team should give Churney required permissions for your ad networks and optionally MMP.

Connect your data to Churney

Tag your data for Churney’s model

Together, using our data tagger tool, your data engineer will help us map and tag critical events in your data so we can build your prediction model.

Sit tight while we build your model

Our data science team will train your prediction model on the entirety of your data and start producing revenue and engagement events statistics.

Assess the size of your business opportunity

We present our initial predictions for you, agree on the key metrics and parameters for the initial experiment campaign.

Optimize the signal volume

We monitor post conversion signals sent by Churney to the ad network directly or through your MMP and account for losses of signal.

Launch our experiment

Your marketing team replicates your business as usual campaign and configures Churney’s signal as a custom event within the ad network’s experiment framework. The experiment is then launched.

Learning Phase -
Frequent Checks & Updates

During the learning phase our team conducts frequent checkups, including volume & audience lift and if required model updates.

Optimize the experiment

Summarize the experiment

Upon stoping the experiment we allow cohorts of acquired users to mature for an additional period of 14 days, after which we conduct an official experiment summary meeting and bring out the Champagnes.
