We're looking for a Client Lead to help advertisers get the most out of Churney. You'll be the main point of contact for multiple clients, guiding them through onboarding, pLTV execution, and scaling.
The role blends client strategy, campaign optimization, and project management. You'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with data scientists, engineers, and marketing teams — and you'll be our eyes and ears on a fast-changing industry.
Own client relationships end-to-end. You're the person the client calls when something breaks and the one who advises them on how to scale pLTV across their accounts. You manage the relationship, the strategy, and the day-to-day operations alongside our client facing data scientists.
Catch problems before the client does. Turn data into insights, and insights into decisions. You see the performance drifting before the client does. You bring the scaling plan to the table before they ask for it.
Translate between worlds. You're equally comfortable explaining pLTV strategy to a CMO and debugging an attribution discrepancy with our data scientists in the same afternoon.
Feed the product. You bring real advertiser needs back to Data Science and Engineering so Churney gets better. When something in how we work is broken, you fix it and document it, so the next person inherits a better version.
